Job Title: Property Consultant

Preferred Industry - Real Estate, Construction, Banking, Insurance or Sales Profile in any target driven industry.

Salary Range - I.N.R PER MONTH ( RS 100000 to 120000 + commission + flight tickets )

Qualification & Experience

- Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing or equivalent. Masters in Marketing Preferred.

- Atleast 2 year in outdoor sales (Should have worked on Target based sales) in the domain of Real Estate / Investment sales / Financial Products / Life Insurance/ door to door sales etc, should have worked in a performance driven environment (Mandatory)

Job Description / Responsibilities

- Achieving sales targets through lead generation

- Achieving Sales Targets every month

- Develop good network with HNIs and other potential investors/customers which should result in sales

- Lead Generation through cold calling, meetings and referencing

- Should be an independent lead generator

- Well groomed, well dressed & energetic

- Proven track record of achieving target

- Dynamic personality

- Ability to think on their feet

- Self driven & should have entrepreneurial spirit

Step 1 : Skype Interview from the clients's side

Step 2 : Senior Managers from the client's side will be traveling to Delhi and Mumbai for Face-to-face interview
