Senior Sales Manager
Expected deliverables:
The primary tasks, duties, and responsibilities of the Senior Sales Manager are listed below:
- Would be responsible for handling end to end activities of Ed-tech Partnerships & Alliances vertical at Propelld.
- Handling key accounts for the company and driving numbers
- Experience in negotiation, deal closing and executing partnerships.
- Solution driven and ability to manage multiple tasks by prioritizing.
- Basic understanding of handling team and reporting to Business head Responsibilities
- Understand and analyze various business models in the fintech lending space and identify partnership opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the benefits of partnerships.
- Coordination with internal stakeholders (Operations, Product, Tech & Credit teams) for handling end to end responsibilities of the partnership and act as a bridge to deliver all the requirements of the partner ed-tech institute
- Solving problems through structured thinking, project planning and hands-on execution.
- Analysis of the gaps in the existing process and optimization of the same as strategic projects
- Identify new sales leads, pitch products and maintain fruitful relationships with existing partners alongside developing a partnership pipeline.
- Be proactive about solving problems and take additional initiatives and responsibilities as and when they emerge
- Manage end to end partner relations including Pitching, Negotiation. Contracting, Execution and monitoring.
- Keep sharp eye on user experience and journey
- Managing team of 4-5 operation executives and FOS
Desired Candidate Profile:- Graduates or Post Graduates with relevant sales experience of 3+ years in managing large sales channels in multiple market environments / corporate sales experience.
- Prior & relevant experience in the Financial Services Industry, with specific experience of Personal loans or B2B Loans.
- Demonstrated success & achievement orientation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong bias for action & driving results in a high-performance environment.
- Demonstrated ability to lead from the front.
- Excellent relationship skills.
- Strong analytical skills to drive channel performance and drive profitability.
- High motivational levels and needs to be a self-starter.
- Working knowledge of Excel.
