Manager- DSA (5+Exp in Educational sales- Direct selling agent vertical)


Expected deliverables:

- Establish tie-ups with brokers/aggregators for different retail lending products - Mutual fund, Insurance etc

- To set up, manage, train and mentor Direct/ DSA Sales Team in respective locations and ensuring conversions of leads generated by DSA teams

- Achievement of Business Targets & financials for Education Loans and any other Product that the company may enter into

- Relationship Management with internal & external stakeholders, including DSAs, dealerships, Financial Aggregators etc.

- End to end coordination with credit, operations, product teams for KYC, customer approvals, disbursement and clearing of discrepancies

- To have the proper knowledge of product features, term and conditions & process Setup eligibility matrix for different kind of lending cases

- Need to implement strategies towards enhancing market penetration, business volumes and growth

- To develop special products & programs based on market requirements in close coordination with Product Team

- To identify process gaps and suggest process changes & enablers

- To ensure TAT & Accuracy for enhanced customer experience

Desired Candidate Profile:

(1) Professional with 5+ years of experience across a bank/NBFC with experience across retail-individual and retail business in DSA vertical

Strong knowledge of fin-tech products, unsecured lending products, services, and technologies, as well as the regulatory landscape governing the industry.

(2) Exceptional customer service skills

(3) Strong leadership capabilities with the ability to build and lead a high performing team

(4) Very strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

(5) Good negotiation skills

(6) Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

(7) Self-starter/Entrepreneurial - has to get hands dirty and build things from scratch, incl. setting up processes and building the team

(8) Must be able to work in a highly dynamic environment

(9) High initiatives and ownership
