Propelld - Head - Collection Strategy

Collection Strategy & Analytics :

- As part of the collection strategy team required to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on loans accounts.

- Design, analyze and monitor collection and recovery strategies for different loan products.

- Maintain Quality reports daily / weekly / monthly for all overdue cases.

- Identify the opportunity areas for increasing collection efficiency and proactively communicate with stakeholders.

- Support in monitoring the preparation of several reports to top management, business reviews, Board presentation.

- Analyze data to identify early warning signals (Productivity, efficiency & effectiveness) and proactively provide feedback in order to take corrective actions to the collection team.

- Collaborate across other functions (example ; technology, product, OPS, Business etc.) to implement the analytical decisions.

- Knowledge of Banking / Financial Services industry with preference in lending space

- Strong knowledge of Excel and PPT .

- Understanding of various elements of risk strategy, such as delinquencies, roll rates, recoveries.

- Track and Monitor vendor agreements and Vendor pay-out calculation and Vendor Cost Forecast. Incentive calculation for inhouse team.

- Prepare and rolle out Interactive Dashboards, Employee productivity.

- Handling all audit queries if any
