Job Description:

- 2-6 years of demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial contracts

- Strong legal knowledge especially relating to contracts, agreements and managing legal risks

- Proficiency in drafting clear, legally sound contracts and documentation

- Meticulous attention to detail with strong written and verbal communication abilities

- Proven experience maintaining orderly records of executed contracts

- Relevant legal qualifications such as LLB/LLM

Desired Candidate : Prior experience in a contract specialist role at an NBFC/ FinTech/ FinServ/EdTech company.
