- Work closely with Hiring Manager and Leadership Team in planning and acquiring talent.

- Engage with candidates for a successful onboarding.

- Ability to build and manage hiring process and track requirements and progress appropriately.

- Reporting and analytics wrt TA.

- Good to great communication skill and ability to articulate.
