Associate Manager - Payroll and HR Operations
- This role requires the incumbent to own in-house payroll processing for a team size of 500 to 1000 employees.
- Must have experience of running payroll successfully for mid to large team for a minimum of 3-4 years.
- The incumbent must have experience of using payroll software, preferably Greyt HR, for payroll processing.
- The incumbent must have experience in handling other HR operational work like HR Onboarding, Documentation, Letter Generation, HRIS and Reports, Comp & Ben.
- Incumbent must have good understanding of statutory and various labour compliance.
