Job Description:
Education - CA Mandatory
- 1-2 years experience
- To handle escalations of customer support wrt institutes
- To improve efficiency and TAT of Foreclosure
- To timely publish reports & drive cadences on all Finops Institute fronts
- To improve the workflow of internal products by providing feedback & inputs to product & engg team
- To strategize towards timely resolutions of issues & bring efficiency in established benchmarks
