PromptCloud is looking for a growth strategist to take over responsibilities in developing and executing strategic marketing programs to meet growth objectives, develop market awareness and communicate client results. The strategist works with the Inbound Marketing Manager and sales leadership in supporting sales tools to attract, win and retain clients. Essentially, this profile touches all aspects of marketing and business development, thus evolving into being a successful growth-in-charge for the organization.

He/she partners with all functions within marketing as well as key external departments to drive successful, cross-functional marketing and sales initiatives and contributes towards the successful development and maintenance of key performance indicators that lead PromptCloud to 5x growth in the next 2 years.

Desired Skills and Experience:

- B. Tech (CS) along with an MBA degree from a top B-school.

- Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing/business analyst role.

- 2 to 3 years of industry experience in a tech role.

- Strategizes on growth tactics from time to time, and helps the business team through implementation of the same.

- Uses various tools to track metrics of various marketing efforts and derives insights from those for future action.

- Creating and implementing creative marketing campaigns via different channels.

- Should have good experience in top and bottom level funnels.

- Strong business acumen, highly developed analytical skills and recognized for innovative and creative approaches to problem solving.

- Have a deep understanding of digital marketing ecosystem with knowledge of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing and content marketing.

- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight timeframes and simultaneously manage several projects. Ability to participate in and facilitate group meetings.

- Growing sales and profitability of PromptCloud by prioritizing and capturing significant new customers and growing revenues with existing customers.

- Maintain a Marketing Roadmap while adapting to latest industry trends and innovating on further revenue channels that would directly affect our technology roadmap.

- Understanding PromptCloud's technology well as you progress, and using it to ideate on marketing strategies across geographies.

- Analyze monthly and yearly sales & marketing data and recommend necessary changes or improvements.

- Manage sales budget and analyzing industry trends.

- Personally interacts with clients in order to develop and improve the quality. Analyzes competition and accurately assesses their strengths and weaknesses.

- Interact with management for pricing decisions.

- Constantly builds a positive reputation, growing contacts and increasing awareness to generate more leads.
