It runs on top of automated crawlers powered by machine learning techniques to extract latest job listings directly from the career pages of company websites and delivers the data feed in the form of pre-packaged bundles segregated by geographical regions. What we expect of you :

We expect you to manage and coach teams of highly skilled engineers at different experience levels and provide technical expertise in the analysis, architecture, design and delivery of client requirements. In addition, you should :

- Engage with Product Management and Business to drive the agenda, set your priorities and deliver planned products.

- Drive the success of the implementation by applying technical skills, to design and build enhanced processes and technical solutions in support of strategic initiatives.

- Work with other teams to chart out the future roadmap of the products.

- Participate in hiring and build teams enabling them to be high performing agile teams.

- Interact closely for requirements with Business owners and give engineering side technical input on feasibility , scalability and robustness of the solution.

- You will work with engineering teams to create high level and low level designs, drive design discussion and technical decisions.

- Technically Lead and Manage a group of engineers with focus on grooming talent and building high performance culture.

- Be able to define and set standards for engineering rigor and help in cultivating an engineering driven culture.

- Drive engineering strategy and vision for the product while working closely with customers and product managers.

- Lead the effort in delivering multiple client requirements from scratch.

- Define and implement processes and metrics to improve data quality and client experience.

- Lead and mentor engineers, mostly tech leads and technical program managers

- Build top quality engineering teams with an excellent engineering culture.

What you should possess :

- In addition to a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline, you will need 12+ years of overall work experience in solving large, technically challenging problems. It will be good to have :

- 6 or more years' experience in technical leadership and execution of complex problems.

- Similar years' experience in managing a team of smart software engineers with focus on motivation, growth and productivity.

- Proven track record of fast paced development and delivering significant features in 2 week sprints.

- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

- Ability to collaborate with stakeholders across geographies.

- Passion for excellence, "fire in the belly", leading from the front, self driven.

- Excellent mentoring and skills to help engineers make technical and career progression.

- Ability to deep-dive and get the hands dirty during critical business and production issues.

- Experience in one or more computer programming languages.

- Understanding of concepts related to software architecture and programming practices.
