ProMobi Technologies - Human Resources Specialist

We are looking for a Human Resource Professional, who will play an HR Generalist role with the organization. This role will encompass a variety of activities like Talent Management, One on one sessions with employees, Appraisal Management as well as other activities that fall under the umbrella of Human Resources

Key Responsibilities :

- Taking one on one sessions with employees

- Being involved in the Appraisal process

- Conflict resolutions

- Induction and Exits

- Coaching and counseling managers and employees.

- Bringing in new initiatives to improve the HR in the organization

- Morale and Motivation building

- Monthly planning and executing employee engagement activities

- Being actively involved in Learning and Development initiatives of the organization

- Reward and recognition

- Handling Employees Grievances

- Handling employee queries regarding leaves, insurance etc.
