Chief Operating Officer - Logistic Operations

We are looking for someone with a passion for people, excellent communication skills and is self-motivated from Logistics /Courier background.

He/she will be responsible for management of overall operations. The role comprises of tasks related to leading and managing the operations department of the company. A dynamic, committed, experienced, and highly educated personality shall be engaged as a COO, Logistics Operations, and he will be responsible for ensuring coordinated delivery for everything on-demand and managing delivery partners and customer requirements.

Candidate will be leading a team of people who will in turn be managing delivery and channel partners. This role will be on a full-time basis and Candidate will be reporting daily to the CEO, Group Delivery Operations.

Candidate will fit perfectly if he has prior experience in delivery operations, specifically Logistic operations involving logistics and on-demand delivery. Having good knowledge in managing delivery partners and acquisition/retention programs will make the Candidate stand out in this application.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Consult and build team to identify potential business areas for improvement through diligent monitoring of customer's usage and performance of the solution.

- Developing and implementing required procedures and policies in order to continuously improve operational efficiency in overall operations.

- Develop and monitor key operations delivery metrics, service and customer queries/complaints

- Developing operational manual and other strategic documents to run the business efficiency.

- Create reports and dashboards that allow teams to effectively measure KPIs and supports recurring reporting needs

- Ensure service levels are met and constantly exceeded

- Market intelligence gathering through monitoring competitor activities and generation and analysis of reports pertaining to the same.

- Build and retain an active and engaged driver/ Riders- community, conduct regular meet-ups, able to solve problems on-the-go and adapt quickly

- Results and performance-driven, preferring data to drive everyday decisions.

- Possess a hands-on mentality, an analytical and structured way of working.

- Able to operate successfully in a lean, fast-paced organization to scale quickly

- Self-motivated with a focus to exceed set goals.

- Comfortable adapting to new technologies

- Multilingual, Strong knowledge of driver/fleet management, Customer Success and Support Teams
