Business Analyst - Warehouse Management(Onsite Opportunity)

- In order to be the world's best IT department that advances to be the world's best company, we are looking for a highly motivated and passionate Business Analyst.

- We aim to integrate the commerce experience between offline and online, by developing and building cutting-edge automation facilities as part of our goal to achieve full automation of warehouses both in Japan and overseas.

- We will plan and implement new logistics systems unconstrained by conventional thinking, along with the necessary IT systems to maximize the productivity and efficiency in our logistics facilities.

- You will be responsible for business process design and IT systems development in the logistics area for all our brands.

- You will play a major role in the reform of business systems and processes, the development and global roll-out of IT systems, and the continuous improvement of our day-to-day operations while collaborating with business stakeholders and external partners in the supply chain area.

- You will be expected to lead or participate in the following projects:

- Warehouse Management System (WMS) operation and improvement

- WMS development for automated warehouses (automation such as Automated Guided Vehicles, Autonomous Mobile Robots, Goods-to-Person picking, etc.)

- WMS global roll-out to new or existing warehouses

Requirements

- Multiple years of work experience related to Business Process Re-engineering or Business Process Design

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive diverse global teams

- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills

- Ability to create hypotheses and drive testing in tackling complex problems

- Business level English
