Pharma Recruiter Using independent judgment and discretion the Healthcare Recruiter will drive the full -lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities for a defined area. Such activities include leading manager discussions for opening, leveraging creative sourcing methods, screening candidates using behavioral based techniques, obtaining salary quotes, extending offers, generating offer letters, all pre-employment checks and ensuring compliance with all company policies and regulatory requirements. Job Duties Include: - Attracts, evaluates, and refers candidates for open positions through recruiting website, employee referrals, on-site recruiting, search firms and other sourcing methods. - Develops job advertisements and screens resumes/applications. - Contacts candidates to ascertain fit, and schedules interviews. - Extends offers and negotiates compensation Initiates onboarding plan for new hires. - Ensures assigned positions are filled efficiently and effectively. Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's/PG degree in B Pharm, D Pharm or Nursing Preferred - 2-3+ years of equivalent work experience. - Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree. - Direct HR/Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Staffing Agency setting. Healthcare setting highly desired. - Strong computer skills required.
