Opportunity in a shared services organization of a leading bank in UK who are into private banking, investment banking

Position: Manager/Sr Manager/AVP –Projects (Change Management Team)

Location: Chennai

Exp : 7 - 14 yrs

Reports to Head Change Management

- Must be working as Project Manager on various projects to drive the change agenda

- Must Play an active role in planning, creating and validating business case of large programmes / projects

- As a project manager you need to ensure the activities pertaining to project management knowledge areas are managed effectively in the various project phases from initiation through to control

- Must Mentor Senior Business Analysts and Project Analysts on requirement gathering, planning, providing the analytical approach and controlling the slippage areas

- Liaising with compliance, legal, finance and global sourcing to ensure successful delivery of the projects

- Should be Involved in creating Centre of Excellence for Project Management, Business Analysis and PMO

- More of an Individual contributor role.
