Project / Technical Consultant - Nashik / Mumbai

Job Detail :

- Provide the technical expertise to the Project head for production and commercialization.

- Provide expertise in due diligence for the project

- Provide the guidelines for operations and set benchmarks for productivity

- Provide direction to achieve operational excellence by optimization of resources and capacity utilization

- Knowledge of Manufacturing, Planning, Administration, New Product Development and Quality Assurance

- Hands on experience in new projects planning, equipment selection / procurement, supplier development, parts development, execution and commissioning.

- Strong exposure in managing resources with structured inputs in the domains of project planning, designing, scheduling and monitoring to ensure project accomplishment within defined time & cost parameters

- Implementing cost saving initiatives; achieving cost reduction through value engineering and waste elimination

- Technical support to manufacturing and Standardization of New Designs.

- Overseeing project related tasks; including planning, control & troubleshooting.

- Develop manufacturing strategies, equipment requirements, and investment plans for the production programme.

- Liaising with Govt Depts. and Statutory Authorities to ensure smooth flow of day to day operations

- B.E. Mechanical or Electrical from premium engineering institutes like IIT / REC

- The person should have retired from any reputed organization preferably in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning industry. Should have held responsibility managing production planning, product quality control, design and development and value engineering

- Project accomplishment within defined parameters like : Time and Cost

Educational Qualification : BE / B.Tech / Mechanical
