Position: Project Support Manager, Resource Planning

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 10 + Years

Key responsibilities will include:

- Strategic leadership in developing and maintaining the resource management framework

- Lead the development of a resource management system

- Support Line Managers in their management of resources whilst maintaining quality and financial goals

- Drive utilization targets across all functions and regions

- Develop and maintain reliable resourcing and budget forecasts

- Lead analysis on actual, budget and resource forecasting requirements

- Maintaining effective professional relationships with all internal stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

- Minimum 10 years of clinical research experience

- Experience in leadership and oversight of resourcing management in a CRO environment

- Experience in project management or operational line management

- Proven ability in empowering others to meet quality and financial objectives

- Proven record of ability to negotiate and manage various stakeholder expectations

- Systems savvy and ability to see the big picture

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with strong attention to detail, negotiation and networking skills

- Excellent organizational skills - ability to organize, take initiative and follow-up independently

- Ability to be flexible in order to work globally and adaptable with a - can-do- attitude
