Creation of project plan and service delivery methodology for new projects using tools such as MS Project , setting up processes to streamline delivery as per customer requirement , monitor and review SLA metric ongoing basis to meet/exceed SLA commitments , team handling skills, good knowledge of MS Office excel/ppt to prepare dashboards /reports depicting project progress/performance, ITIL foundation certification

Experience in IT Infrastructure domain, having technical background & and with at least 7+ years experience in transition of projects & managing support for projects , excellent communication skills, Customer Service Skills, vendor management and negotiation skills .

Knowledge of Networking, Windows/Unix OS & Hardware desktop/server/storage (concepts, features and functionality)

Knowledge of Project Management terms & methodology's is must in line with PMP ,ITIL
