About Client : personalized home design and decor company

Position :- Project Manager-Interior Fitouts/ Interior Designing

Location:- Bangalore

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strong verbal and written English communication skills, ability to convey complex ideas effectively and efficiently

- experience in executing residential interior design projects

- Strong understanding and demonstrated aptitude of basic project management principles.

- Extreme attention to detail and no-compromise attitude towards quality

- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Word, Excel.

- Excellent inter personal skills to engage effectively with client, vendors and internal teams.

- You will define and implement criteria for control and management of the project, manage project budget including risk allowance.

- You are a project management professional with experience in the building construction industry.

- You have a degree in Architecture/ Civil or Mechanical Engineering /Construction management or a related discipline.

- You have the knowledge of individual trades and subcontractors relevant to interior fit-outs.

- You have the ability to work in a fast paced environment without compromising on quality and customer satisfaction.

- You work well under pressure and have the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
