Job Description :

Experience : 9 to 14 yrs of Experience.

Qualification : B.E/B.Tech in Civil Engineering.

Location : Dubai

- Experience in Commercial and High Rise Residential Housing Project involving Project Execution, Planning, Coordination, Billing, contracting & Construction Management.

- Project Scheduling, Resource planning, Execution and supervision of all construction activities of Building along with Finishing Items with all quality standards

- Anchoring onsite Construction Activities to ensure Completion of project within the time and cost parameter

- Evaluating project and project cost, project monitoring, tracking and controlling.

- Supervising and controlling the construction activities including providing technical inputs for construction & coordination with site management teams.

- Possess excellent communication & inter-personal skills, leadership qualities and negotiation skills with the ability to multi-task
