Job Description: Key Accounts Manager ( PSM )
- Proven experience in project sales.
- Expand Business in allotted area through Architects, Builders, Consultants, Contractors etc. .
- Relationship management with PMC, architects , builders and Developers
- Identifying new business opportunities and projects and converting them into clients.
- Liasioning with the customer on various issues related to the concerned projects/ assignments.
- Carrying out Post order Management Activities.
- Costing of tender
- Payment Collections as Per Terms agreed with Customer
- Track new infrastructure developments in respective territory and develop a database to aid sales
- Achieve Sales targets
Candidate Requirement :
- MBA with strong Project Sales Experience.
- Only Local candidates preferred
