- Institutional sales through Architects, Builders, Consultants.
- Manage strategic alliances/business partnerships through builders, architect and color consultants in order to achieve maximum project reach and maximum word of mouth suggestion for our Brand.
- Conducting Technical Seminars for Clients, Architects, builders, Project Engineers, Consultants as well as to Painting Contractors.
- Coordinate with key clients, maintaining relationships and negotiating closing deals being the ambassador for the market segment.
- Responsible for handling B2B as well as Project Sales. Meeting key account clients and to notch builders and architects
- Providing support to the team of Key account managers to handle key accounts, B2b and institutional &commercial sales (Broadly project sales).
- Identify new market opportunities for products/applications that grow share and improve profitability based on the sales analysis.
- Responsible for developing new market and building strategic partnership by client Acquisition and retention of existing clients.
- Monitor and evaluate competitor moves with the help of inputs from sales team.
- Recruitment of frontline people, retention and engagement and training to ensure people development and effectiveness.
- Co-coordinating with Contractors for ensuring the timely completion of work.
