Project Sales Manager - Building Material Industry

- Responsible for complete Bangalore City - B2B Sales

- Selling the full range of products in B2B Sales as per the cos catalog

- Tapping Key Builders, Developers, Architects & Contractors.

- Generating leads and feed in CRM.

- To feed sales visit records into CRM

- Manage End to End Closure of Sales .

Required Candidate profile :

- Must have knowledge of Project Sales into building materials

- A good understanding of Sales processes in the construction industry

- Ability to reach out to customers & sell the Company products

Education: (MBA preferred)

- Experience- 7- 10 years (For Manager Position also team handling exposure)

Key Attribute :

- Candidate should be of Core Project Sales

- Should have a background of B2B sales

- Experience in Building Material Industry

- Must have experience working with Govt. Departments like CPWD /PWD/ NPCC/ Airports/Railways)

- Visit targeted specifiers & buyers in Govt. Projects & Private Projects (Interior Designers / Architects, Contractors, OEMs)

- Acquire New customers, as well as aim for existing Customer retention.

- Document all relevant feedback, as well as competition information in this segment.

- To feed sales call records into CRM
