Our client, a leading brand in the construction industry in Chennai is looking for senior sales / business development professionals from Premium B schools. Work location is Chennai, opportunity is open to only Chennai based Candidates. Working knowledge of Tamil is Mandatory

Role Project - Sales Head - Large Projects & Premium Projects

Reporting to :- Vertical Head / Deputy Vertical Head

Location :- Chennai

Qualification : Master's degree or equivalent with specialization in Marketing/Sales from a Premium Business School

Experience - :- 5 - 12 years in Sales / Business Development.

Age Group : 28 - 33 years

Designation/Grade :- AGM / DGM -

Key Interfaces: Internal -Managing Director, Director -Vertical / Deputy Vertical Head -Site Sales Head -Finance & Accounting -Customer Care

External -Customers -Statutory Authorities

Reportees -Site Sales Team

Job Description:

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Responsible for Sales and Collections for the project assigned. Responsible for product pitching, profitability and payment collection. Achieve sales targets by successfully managing the sales team and by building synergy with the Channel Partner Team. Execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand customer base Ensure robust pipeline of business opportunities by constantly engaging with customers Lead management, Negotiation and Closure of all potential Sales opportunities Identify opportunities for campaigns, services, and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales Effectively communicate the value proposition through proposals and presentations Interact and network with industry participants and competitors to keep informed of trends, norms, regulations and challenges Support recruitment, training and retention of quality sales and marketing personnel Train, coach, mentor and develop subordinates and team members Coordinate and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as and when required. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team Periodic reporting to Management. Report any abnormalities to the Management.
