We are looking for Manager/Sr Manager Project Sales/Estimation (Electrical) for Voltas Ltd. Voltas is having various positions at Mumbai, Delhi, Kolkata and Delhi. Complete Job description is as follows.

For Sales Positions.

Operational

- Customer Relationship Management leading to generating of leads and enquiries.

- Tactful approach for meeting the needs of addressable market.

- Input to strategy formulation based on listening and learning from the market.

- Ensuring offer submission

- Negotiation & Contract finalization with customers

- Market analysis and track competition

Customer Focus

- Enhancing relationship with customers, architects, consultants and vendors.

Financial

- Achieve the budgeted target qualitatively and quantitatively as defined.

For Estimation/Tendering Position.

Operational

- Design and Estimation for tenders (value of tenders quoted)

- Submission of Techno-commercial offers. (on time submission)

- Tendering of the whole project-Sub Station,HT/LT/Distribution Boards/Point wiring/Telephone/ cable /Fire Alarm/ Public

- Announcements/Earthing etc..

- Study of tender documents & preparation of Bid synopsis

- Analyzing the specifications/SLD & Bill of quantity

- Prepare offer & price schedule for the project.

- Prepare Bill of Quantities(BOQ) for the tender

- Prepare the final costing for the tender.

ESSENTIAL ATTRIBUTES

- Qualification : BE/ B Tech in Electrical Engineering.

- Experience : 5+ years for degree holder.

- Communication & Presentation Skills

- People management Skills

- Knowledge of Electrical systems
