Project/Program Manager - IT Infrastructure

We are looking for IT Infrastructure-Project Manager/Program Manager for Chennai Location for a Biggest Giant in IT Industry.

Experience

The qualified candidate will have:

- Minimum of 7 years of IT project management experience in planning, executing, and monitoring complex projects in a cross-functional, multi-cultural environment after a Degree .

- Experience with IT Infrastructure projects utilizing multiple technologies and frameworks in a Global setting.

- Experience with managing network infrastructure deployment around the globe.

- Knowledge of TCP/IP networking technologies, IP address management, DNS and DHCP

- Experience with VoIP deployments and interfacing to legacy TDM PBX systems

- Experience with Cisco CM/CME IPT technologies and platforms desired

- Experience deploying and troubleshooting satellite communications systems, MPLS links, VPN’s and ISP provided links, and leased line circuits

- Experience with international commercial electrical power distribution standards

- Experience with campus and data center networking

- Experience with data communications link testing tools and techniques

- Knowledge with broad array of IT Infrastructure components and terminology, including hardware, Operating Systems, network, telecommunications, and database.

- Knowledge of data center design, data/voice cabling, audio/video, and HVAC technology.

- Strong ability to assess requirements, initiate and complete task or project with little or no guidance.

- Excellent oral and written communications skills in English.

- Experience with technical reporting and management tools such as Remedy, Clarity, and Crystal Reports.

- Ability to analyze information and draw accurate conclusions.

- Ability to apply problem-solving skills to evaluate and solve problems effectively.

- Excellent interpersonal skills. Ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a multinational team environment and build effective working relations with clients, colleagues, and vendors.

- Experience with prioritizing conflicting demands in high-pressure and time-critical situations.

- Proven ability to direct, coach and develop staff

- Proven ability to work in a team environment and across organizational boundaries

Should have Worked on IT transition Projects.(MUST)

IP Telephony Experience is Must.(MUST)
