Job Purpose/Objective : The primary goal is to supervise the day-to-day operations of projects, focusing on critical parameters such as maintaining business continuity, devising solutions, ensuring quality assurance, and effectively managing incidents and problems reported in production.
Principal Accountabilities/Primary Responsibilities of the Job:
Project Management:
- Ensure the timely implementation of projects in accordance with agreed-upon project plans with the business.
- Facilitate smooth production movements, minimizing disruptions to business operations.
- Provide regular status updates to business stakeholders.
- Allocate resources judiciously across projects.
Delivery Quality Management:
- Guarantee that no defects are introduced into production.
- Plan and review UAT test plans and results.
- Ensure comprehensive and accurate documentation of all test cases and artifacts.
- Review vendor-prescribed Functional Approaches for completeness and accuracy.
Incident and Problem Management:
- Document all incidents/problems meticulously.
- Review Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) of incidents/problems and identify preventive measures.
- Scrutinize vendor-prescribed solutions for completeness and accuracy.
