Job Title - Project Management Coordinator

Reports To - PMO

Department - CEO’s Office

Job Location - Noida. However candidate should be open for travel / relocation.

Job Purpose:

- The purpose is to ensure that projects are delivered on time, within budget and are achieving the required benefits.

Principal Accountabilities

Key Focus Areas - Major Activities

1. Plan, monitor and manage execution of all assigned projects to ensure on time – in budget – high quality project delivery to clients

- Manage multiple projects technically and contractually.

- Publish dependency list.

- Work closely with the Project Managers and ensure smooth functioning of all the assigned projects.

- Monitor project progress on a routine basis and work closely with different departments to ensure timely course corrections as needed.

- Monitor and present various progress reports to management where required.

- Proactively identifying potential challenges and apprising senior management of various risks.

- Work with technical departments to ensure proper deployment of resources and smooth functioning of matrix functioning.

- Monitor the implementation of strategic initiatives in project activities.

- Able to set-up processes

2. Create industry networks and benchmarking opportunities

- Establish and develop professional relationships with peer professionals in the industry.

- Remain updated on global best practices on project management.

- Maintain awareness of industry best practices.

- Adopt and adapt leading operations management concepts and best practices.

3. Ensure regulatory compliance

- Ensure compliance of all project work with various government and market requirements.

- Ensure implementation of all HR policies in department.

Key Stakeholders

- Internal: CEO, COO, PMO, Project Managers, other Department Heads.

Education & Experience -

- 7-10 years of experience

- Candidate with Chemical Engineering as background (preferred)

- Healthcare/Pharma experience would be a plus.

Key Skills and Knowledge - Functional skills / capabilities:

- SDLC knowledge and IT

- MS-Office

- Analytical

- Exposure to project management

- Stakeholder management

- Understanding project environment

- Process-oriented approach

- Interpersonal skills

- Cross-cultural sensitivity
