Hiring for one of the investment banks in Bangalore/Mumbai

Description

The Transformation Management - Automation/Analytics team is comprised of highly dedicated individuals who are responsible for all aspects of the automation and data analytics across Wealth Management. The team interacts with a variety of internal groups in an effort to assist with client requests, inquiries, and/or issues for all aspects of intelligent automation to create process efficiencies and reduce risk.

Key Responsibilities

1. Partner with business contacts to document and understand requirements for automation opportunities

2. Implement solutions leveraging tools like Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath, SharePoint, and Tableau to create efficiency

3. Provide direct oversight and support to the team on the toolset

4. Partner with Robotics team on larger automation opportunities

5. Create training documentation, procedures, and presentations

6. Perform data analysis for client and account information based on ad hoc requests

7. Identify and communicate issue trends based on data analysis Investigate opportunities to reduce costs, provide automation, and analyze fluctuations in key metrics

8. Ensure timely and concise communication with key business partners and senior management

9. Ensure compliance with Global Information Risk activities

Qualifications

1. Advanced knowledge in Alteryx, Xceptor, UiPath, and Tableau

2. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft toolsets

3. Demonstrated ability to successfully lead within changing control/regulatory environment

4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills

5. Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

6. Strong knowledge of Operational Risk / Control

7. Strong leadership and relationship building skills

8. Excellent verbal / written communication skills

9. Ability to think strategically and execute a strategic plan

10. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

11. Ability to interface with both Technology and Business Partners

12. SharePoint experience a plus

13. Minimum of 5 years operations experience a plus

14. Project management experience is a plus

15. A solid understanding of financial services is preferred
