Responsibility :

- At least 10+ years of overall experience with a minimum of 5 years into staffing industry.

- At least 8 years of overall experience with 3 years of relevant experience in the staffing industry.

- Experience supporting recruitment operations within the Staffing industry or within an MSP environment.

- Key Skills: Staffing/Power BI (Only understanding level not experts)/Reporting/Excel

- Additional Scope of work: How to pull data from tools/ Gather the information and internal power BI and present to business teams/ Coordinate with internal teams and make reports/ Business Requirements/ Operating through the reports/ Data pulling/ Implementation of reports through power BI/

- Kind of Projects Handled: Business and Reporting Needs/ Recruiter Productivity/ Visuals to depicts trends/ Vertical specifications/ Data correlation/ Alignment of clients with delivery team/ Impacts on internal changes/Focused on articulative thinking.

- Able to manage and track multiple tasks/ projects using a Project Management tool (like smartsheets)

- Experience with implementing new tools, systems, and processes (as an individual contributor or working within a larger team) and gathering feedback on user experience, workflow enhancements and process gaps/ opportunities for improvement within the Staffing industry.

- Experience with creating reports, tracking metrics, interpreting data/ validating data (data integrity) - must have a 'data driven' mindset

- Able to effectively manage daily/ weekly/ monthly reporting procedures (from an operational standpoint) and flag issues/ discrepancies as per SOP

- Drive audit procedures for critical tasks/ functions/ processes in collaboration with the Audit team. Able to map processes and workflows, identify validation checkpoints and set up audit procedures for new processes.

- Able to schedule and track meetings with various departments/ teams as assigned

- Prior experience in a training role (or partnership on projects with training teams) is a plus

- Proficient with MS Suite of products (especially PowerPoint, Excel and Visio)

- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

- Detail oriented and well organized

- Good communication and presentation skills to effectively collaborate with cross functional teams/ different departments (HR, Training, IT, Marketing)

Additional Responsibilities :

- Communication skills for effective verbal and written communications with sales teams, operations specialists, collaborating departments and upper management

- Advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for sales process improvements and develop and implement new strategies

- Ability to think out of the box and innovate

- Excellent leadership skills and executive gravitas, including the ability and proven experience of developing and leading a highly effective/efficient and successful marketing team.

- Outstanding organization skills - the ability to multitask and make decisions under pressure.
