- The current position is with one of the leading Financial product based companies having presence across the globe , a CMMi Level 5 MNC.

Job Location : Mumbai ( Goregaon ) and Hyderabad

Permanent Position ( no contract )

Immediate to 30 days joiners preferred.

MUST :

- Treasury Management solution (Treasury Department)

- Good domain knowledge in the area of Treasury operations

- The role involves managing the activities of a team of 10 to 15 team members distributed across locations.

- The application is a Treasury Management solution which is used by the Bank's Treasury department.

- This team is responsible for carrying out regular production support activities, supporting user queries & their operations, providing L1, L2 and L3 Production support andtaking up new enhancements to the system.

- This role is to oversee the overall project management aspects and also liaise with the customer in prioritisation.

- The incumbent is expected to have good domain knowledge in the area of Treasury operations and has good project & people management skills.

- Ability to manage and track the work of 15+ member team.

- Should have worked in the banking domain preferably on a product in Treasury & Capital Markets

- Exposure to client interactions and having worked in a client facing role is necessary.

- Ability to understand the business needs, review the business requirement documents, understand the support issues.

- Ability to multi-task and prioritize the tasks at hand for self and for the team.

- Ability to manage the teams remotely in distributed locations.

- Understanding of the Development processes and the product development life cycle.

- Expertise on project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, etc. is mandatory.

- Have good project management skills and be able to plan the activities, monitor and control.

- Ability to publish status reports with statistics and trend analysis.

- Usage of MS Office tools such as Excel, Word, Project Plan, etc
