Project Manager - Tourism Sector

Qualification:

MBA in Finance/ MBA in Tourism/ Graduate in Civil and Post Graduate in management is also workable

Job Description:

- Preparation of RFP documents including concession agreements, bid process management.

- Preparation of feasibility report, cost estimates, financial projections, financial modeling, preparation of tender/ bid documents including draft concession agreement

- Project management & monitoring services; financial analysis & modelling for projects across infrastructure sectors e.g. tourism, hospital, medical education, agriculture, roads, etc

- Feasibility assessment, project formulation, preparation of term sheet, RFP document including drafting of concession agreement, assistance to Department in bid process management

- Preparation of Report, Formulation of PPP Model, Proposed Implementation Framework

- Close Co-ordination with various stakeholder especially Government Client

- Client management

- Regulatory Impact Assessment, GAP Analysis, Industrial & Sectoral Policy Implementation
