To successfully plan, design, execute, control and implement a project. This position will help us track the status and deliverables of the project and achieve the milestones defined in a structured way
Project Manager will be accountable for success and failure of a project
Ensuring timely delivery of the project
- Actual cost of project vs Budgeted cost
- Ensuring quality of the project as per agreed standards
- Defining the scope of the project
- Designing and developing a project plan and schedule
- Liasoning with cross functional teams and determining the available resources for tasks allocation
- Tracking the progress of the project
- Analyzing the cause of deviations from the agreed plan and designing a backup plan if required
- Taking necessary actions to address the deviations
- Presenting the project status to Management with further course of actions
- Support implementation of project with agreed quality
