Project Manager - Technology - Logistics Firm

- Develop a clear and sustainable process whereby the Zeus product can be seamlessly integrated into new customers ways of working, and architecture where required.

- Provide clear feedback to our Tech teams to promote product improvements and product development/diversification to suit specific market needs and target customer persona.

- Work closely with customer teams to provide clarity and technical expertise pre, during and post implementation.

- Work closely with the Zeus Technology team to relay product improvement opportunities and prioritizing accordingly.

- Work shoulder to shoulder with Head of Technology Sales (TITLE TBC) to manage customer pipeline effectively.

- Compile a reporting suite and cadence which tracks product performance across the customer base and take appropriate action as and when required.

- Ensure compliance with local and international laws (e.g. data protection)

- Build strong relationships - be the customer champion!

- Evaluate risk with each and every opportunity to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.

- With such a massive market, the role will be responsible for recruiting new colleagues as and when required (metrics support).

Knowledge (Technical/ Functional) :

- Excellent knowledge of Enterprise Software/SaaS products - within the Logistics Technology space is advantageous.

- Excellent project management experience, preferably in a tech environment.

Qualifications :

- Degree-level education or equivalent (Business, Computer Science or other relevant field)

- Lean 6-Sigma/Prince/APM or similar is advantageous.

Competency :

- Outstanding Project management skills

- Lean 6-Sigma training advantageous.

- Excellent communication skills

- Excellent with numbers and detail.

- Excellent organizational and leadership skills

- Self-Starter with unswerving determination.

- Possesses a network of contacts in the Enterprise Software sales and Logistics Technology space

Experience :

- Proven experience as a Project Manager, ideally in a Technology environment and/or Logistics environment.

- Excellent understanding of the Indian transport/Logistics Tech market
