Project Manager - Strategic Initiatives

The consultant will have to assist the organization, which is a global manufacturer of confectionery products with 2 strategic projects that the company has identified :

- RTM ( Route to Market ) transformation for the Future

- Building a Culture of Growth across the organization

As a part of the assignment, the consultant will be required to :

1. Work along with the Project Lead and Sponsors to drive Project Management, ensuring adherence to timelines and actions

2. Collaborate with key stakeholders for necessary builds and inputs

3. Organize the key connects required during the duration of the project in consultation with Project Lead

4. Organize and travel as the case may be for all workshops

- The onsite portion of the project will require the consultant to work out of Gurgaon and the consultant may have to make a few visits to Bangalore as part of the project.

Skills Required :

1. FMCG sales experience highly preferred ( to enable contribution in terms of ideas )

2. The candidate must possess strong Project Management Skills

3. The candidate must possess strong MS Office Skills (Word, PPT, and Excel)

4. Soft Skills that the candidate should possess include- Collaboration, Influencing without Authority, Attention to Details and Strong Follow through
