Project Manager

Required Experience, Skills, and Qualifications :

- Minimum experience of 20 years in the SOLAR projects with knowledge of Multi crore project execution, have worked and executed single 300MW project, expertise in entire spectrum of project & construction management; project engineering, scheduling, procurement, QA/QC, project control & monitoring, project execution including risk management.

- Must have know how of standard practices of government organizations.

- B-Tech degree in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical engineering.

- Certification will be preferred.

Responsibilities & duties :

- Spearheading challenging complex projects and executing them right from concept to commissioning.

- Exposure and proficient in entire spectrum of project management processes.

- Hands-on work experience of project sites as well as corporate office functionalities.

- Proficient in computer, MS office & ERP software.

- To lead projects which won accolades like best project in Quality, EHS practices and Risk Management practices.

- Possessing valuable insights, analytical & team approach to implement best practices, adept at working in high pressure situations with strict timelines & multiple deliverables

- Ensure the requirements of the company QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 is followed.

- Formulation and implementation of Construction plan, safety quality assurance and control procedures.

- Planning Managing personnel effectively for execution control for day to day working.

- Interacting with employer/engineer/vendors for all quality related matters.

- Conducting periodic internal quality audits.

- Addressing issues highlighted by Employer/Client.

- Ensuring the execution activities conform to the requirement.

- Ensuring track parameter are conforming to the requirement.

- Should have cross functional knowledge Tracker installation

Skills and Competencies :

- Must have executed min 300 MW projects including Power evacuation system on end-to- end basis.

- Excellent in Managing clients, subcons for Orders & deliverable

- Excellent in Managing local issues.

- Must have, Project Monitoring & Controls in line with budget, timelines & disputes resolution

- Project Scheduling

- Govt rules and regulation

- Knowledge of CEIG approval
