Project Manager - Software Consulting

- Create and manage an overall project plan (including budget, structure, schedule, and staffing needs) for one or more consulting projects using project-specific tools like JIRA.

- Plan customer-specific engagements, business requirements development, review and
signoff process.

- Manage the execution of deliverables while controlling scope.

- Execute change management process and ensure timely resolution of discrepancies and project roadblocks.

- Manage multiple concurrent projects and work with a number of resources within a matrix environment.

- Establish, maintain and deepen client relationships by providing results and exceeding expectations.

- Facilitate resolution of issues and roadblocks, escalate when appropriate.

- Communicate well with all stakeholders, internal and external, including project sponsors, project managers, and project team members through status reports, emails and calls regularly.

- Effectively manage scope, budget, timeline, resources, quality and customer satisfaction throughout the project.

- Ensure project delivery ontime, agreed budget, and high client satisfaction.

- Help to expand account size by proactively listening to opportunities within the account.

Qualifications:

- 5-7 years of overall experience in the software consulting industry with at least 3 years as a Developer or QA and 1 to 2 years of project management experience.

- Must have experience in working both in agile delivery as well as SDLC delivery environment

- Outstanding client-facing skills with proven ability to build strong relationships with clients.

- Ability to handle a variety of projects simultaneously.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including experience successfully delivering presentations and managing meetings via web conferencing.

- Very strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Demonstrates thoughtfulness and excellent judgement when selecting methods and techniques for achieving project success.

- Independently organizes and performs work required with minimal guidance, direction and follow-up.

- Ability to forecast work accurately and proactively manage workload.

- Excellent teamwork skills. Works effectively as part of multiple, varied project teams and demonstrates commitment to team success.

- Experience in developing, testing or project managing web/digital/full stack projects.

- At Least one formal Project Management methodology training and certification, with significant practical use.

- Understanding of latest trends and best practices in web experience management and web technologies. Familiarity with Content Management Systems Experience like Adobe AEM will be a plus.

- Experience working with UX teams will be a plus.
