Project Manager/Senior Project Manager - Mobile App Development - IIT/NIT/BITS

Project Manager(ASP/.Net/MVC ) - IIT ONLY or BTECH with TIER 1 COLLEGE MBA

We're looking for a responsible, articulate and motivated Senior Project Manager who can quickly identify vulnerabilities and obstacles, and then create innovative solutions to any problems.

You will be responsible for managing resources, schedules, financials & ensuring quality project deliverables within the specified time & budget constraints to achieve the potential benefits defined in the business case.

Roles & responsibilities ;-

- Planning and monitoring the project & use of project assurance roles within agreed reporting structures, preparing and maintaining project, stage and exception plans as required.

- Project Management; including its planning, communication, risk assessment, and resources & help product team deliver product sprints on time with the best quality.  Introduce & continuously improve best practices in software development, agile methodologies and coding standards; institute change when necessary and appropriate

- Align team members and ensure smooth processes for product enhancements to meet customer expectations.  Track and measure team's performance for each sprint to ensure timely deliveries.  Guide support team in customer implementations whenever customizations or configurations are required.

- Maintain product roadmaps and create release notes for each product version. - Distribute release notes to customers with the help of the marketing and support teams.

- Help in creating processes for the entire product technology team for better efficiency.

- Interact with the Infrastructure team to ensure high availability of the product.

- Good understanding of cloud and mobile based technologies.

Required skill sets :

- Technical knowledge in ASP.NET, MVC, Web APIs and MS SQL Server.

- Should have prior experience in working on a software product-based organization.

- Technical knowledge of RedGate like Compare, DevOps tools will be a plus point.

- Microsoft Azure PaaS Environment

- App Services, Azure SQL Server

- Team Management, Delivery Management, Release Management

- Know-how of Deployment Management for 500+ customers

- Agile Methodology using JIRA or any other agile tools

- Understanding of multi-tenant SaaS applications

- DevOps (past experience/understanding will be good to have)

- Android and iOS mobile app development
