Job description

We are looking for a responsible project manager to administer and organize teleclinics (in the line of ECHO Clinic).

The responsibilities will include generating ideas and implementation of the new ECHO clinics. The person will also be responsible for hiring clinic expert(s) (doctor(s) who will be responsible for running the clinic) and the participants (doctors who will participate in the clinic). The job will include preparing comprehensive action plans, timeframes, communication planning & scheduling and conducting & scheduling training of the participants.

In addition to this, you will be responsible to build external partnerships with government departments, NGOs and other professional organizations to diversify the training offerings.

You will also be responsible to initiate and manage all the monitoring and evaluation activities concerning the ECHO clinic. The data and learnings of the M&E are expected to be published and reported.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent time management and communication skills, as youll collaborate with external and internal teams to deliver results on deadlines.

Responsibilities

- Grow ECHO teleclinic offerings by working with government departments, NGOs and other professional organizations

- Manage entire M&E activity related to ECHO clinic

- Manage multiple clinic activities, resources, equipment and information

- Break teleclinic activities into actions and set timeframes

- Liaise with the expert to prepare the didactic modules for each clinic

- Recruit, vet, sign up teleclinic participants (doctors)

- Coordinate with the participants (scheduled to present the case) to prepare the case presented before the clinic

- Facilitate the ECHO clinic

- Build active relationships with the experts and the participants

- Analyze risks and opportunities

- Act as the point of contact and communicate clinic status to all participants

- Create and maintain comprehensive clinic documentation, plans, and reports

- Publish whitepapers, articles and research reports

- Write proposals for fundraising and external partnership offerings

Requirements

- Proven work experience as a Project Manager or similar role

- Experience in the field of healthcare, especially in coordinating and interacting with the Doctors and other medical professionals

- Degree in Public Health with 5+ years of experience

- Staying calm in a complex situation

- Well versed with medical terminology is plus

- An ability to prepare schedules and step-by-step action plans

- Excellent organizational skills, including multitasking and time-management

- Strong communication skills and the ability to converse in both English and Hindi fluently
