Project Manager/Senior Manager - Boutique Strategy Consulting - Retail/FMCG Domain

A boutique Strategy Consulting company based in Delhi is looking for a Engagement Manager/Senior Manager.

- It is a young consulting firm started by an industry veteran and a former CEO of a prominent company.

- The firm focuses on advising CEO/top management and predominantly does Strategy work

- The firm is also a partner firm of the leading European management consulting firm, with offices in 8 locations across the world

- The firm is growing rapidly and has ambitious growth plans

MUST in the candidate profile:

- Deep understanding and experience in executing and managing consulting projects in FMCG/Retail domain

- Solid track record of executing and managing 'Strategy' projects

- Exposure and interest in all aspects of Engagement Manager responsibilities: Team Leading, Business Development Support, Practice Development Support

- Someone, with an entrepreneurial mindset, seeks to grow fast and wants the experience of building a company.

Reports to: Managing Partner

Education: Post-graduate level, Top Indian MBA or International MBA is a must. Exposure/experience in France/Europe (Language familiarity, Education, Work experience ) an added advantage.

Experience: 6 to 10 years in consulting industry. Should be working in one of the reputed consulting firms at Manager Level with proven experience of managing team and project delivery.
