Project Manager - SAP BI - IT

We are looking for a strong, hands-on Project Manager who can own and drive one or multiple customer engagements. In addition to utilizing your technical expertise, the Project Manager would also get to enhance organization's competency by building highly effective delivery teams.

Specifically, you will be responsible for the following:

CUSTOMER:

- Lead one or more customer engagements in SAP BI/BO/BW, and be the single owner for deliverables, quality and customer experience

- Leverage a combination of - hands-on- technical expertise in SAP BW or SAP BOBJ and project management skills to ensure successful delivery

- Ensure adoption of best-in-class practices and standards for project management, development, support, quality control and documentation

- Drive timely and proactive issue identification, escalation & resolution

COMPETENCY:

- Serve as career counselor / mentor for Visual BI associates in furthering their skills, learning and growth within the organization

- Drive development of competency in emerging BI tools by delivering POCs and demos

- Ensure 100% productivity of associates by leveraging a combination of client-driven and internal deliverables

- Own employee satisfaction, and ensure recognition and successful retention

- Develop next level of able and caring leaders within the organization who can stimulate intellectual growth

REQUIREMENTS:

- 10+ years of SAP BI experience with 8+ years in managing SAP BI / BW / BOBJ development and implementation projects

- Possesses good hands-on technical and design expertise to guide the team

- Ability to clearly and articulately convey project constraints, risks, and plans to all levels of audiences

- Ability to thrive under production pressure and deadlines

- Should be comfortable challenging peers in a healthy, constructive way
