Job Description :

Job Brief :

- The Project manager/Lead BI has primary responsibility for setting the strategy and roadmap for analytics in the organization. He is accountable for analytics Processes execution, transformation, and governance. He will build internal capabilities to move the organization to high end analytics organization and will drive Process Design, Process Improvements and Migrations for Analytics

- He is accountable for ensuring value add from Analytics including taking analytics to advanced level across verticals and provide proactive pointers to business problems. His function will also lead and play significant role in ensuring Organisation change, culture & capabilities.

- His tasks include developing world class analytics business offering to LB for leveraging data and analysis to bring transformational change positive effecting Income, Cost and Customer experience.

He will :

- Drive transformation of analytics to match strategic & tactical business goal (Revenue, cost & CSAT).

- Deliver continuous improvements through Standardization & Improving process capability.

- Ensure implementation of Industry benchmark methodology for attaining excellence in execution.

- Ensure analytical muscle power to process owners of various functions to assist transformation

- Accountable for EES results, control attrition & turnover of team.

Role : Delivery Leader - Analytic

Location : Mumbai

Primary Skills (must have) :

- Strong experience of leading and delivering projects on SAP BI/BW. Should have lead large transformational projects in the space.

- Strong exposure to SAP analytics tools. Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience on the same.

- Minimum 8 years experience in SAP BI/BW space with overall experience of 12-15 years in ETL, data mining and analytics

- Team player with strong interpersonal skills, Strong business acumen with high detail-orientation, Excellent verbal and written communication skills, Ability to work with ambiguity, effectively plan tasks (for self and others) efficiently in complex work streams, Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and set priorities/expectations

- Ability to manage re-prioritization and re-set expectations as required on an ongoing basis

- Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations

Responsibilities :

- Leadership role in creating the BW/BO components roadmap for the organization.

- Leverage knowledge & experience to design Analytics solutions which best meets the business needs.

- Overlook delivery of projects within the practice to ensure smooth delivery that meets business objectives

- Delivery of Advanced Analytics projects as Lead Architect or Lead Consultant or Delivery Manager

- Maintain an effective business relationship with the client's management team.

- Define, Plan & Execute capacity/recruitment and capability building programs within the practice

- Support solutioning and develop value propositions for business for various lines of business.

- Leadership role in architecting Data preparation (sourcing, acquisition, integration) & Data warehousing . Experience in BW Data Extraction & responsible to identify and obtain the data required to satisfy the requirements of the BW project.

- BI governance (separate from Data Governance)

- Reporting, analytics, data exploration and its delivery (portals, mobile).

- Creation and responsibility for BI competency center or center of excellence

- Advanced / predictive analytics (may be part of the same or a different position / department).

- Big data analysis skills and competency.

- Enterprise / Corporate Performance Management. Management and governance of strategies, goals, objectives, metrics, KPIs/KPMs. Optionally, enterprise scorecards (Balanced Scorecard, TQM, etc).

- GRC (Governance, Risk, Compliance) aspects of BI and data management

Qualification : Engineering or degree from IIT/NIT/Pilani and similar tier 1 institute or MBA From tier 1 institute

Working Days : 6 Days a Week (9:00 AM to 5:30 PM)
