Job Description
To built up and develop close relationship existing Architects/ Builders Contractors/ Project Management Consultant.
To promote entire range of Products.
To estimate segment wise, size wise market share analysis of assigned region and report the same.
Ensure regular stock taking at the end of the month at Depot.
To achieve sales targets as required by the company for the area allotted in the Project segments.
To ensure proper marketing activities such as Meets, Site & Promotional Branding, Training.
To report competitor's activities in allotted area and suggest counter measures.
To ensure smooth and effective servicing of customer complaints giving correct feedback.
Internal and external co-ordination for the execution of the sales orders.
Ensure timely collections from customers as stipulated in the company policy.
To submit various kinds of reports as specified by the Corporate Sales Team.
Experience/Skills required :-
Bachelor's Degree required, ideally in a technical discipline such as Architecture, Engineering( Mech,Civil )
Strong general mathematical abilities (margin/profit calculations, calculating linear and square areas, currency conversion, etc.)
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
Proven experience in a customer-facing role that includes sales influencing
Superior organizational skills, attention to detail and demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
Strong preference for candidates with familiarity with the construction business, estimating, reading blueprints and/or understanding of the bidding process
