Job summary

Role: Process Change Expert

Background:- The RPA (Robotic Process Automation) program falls under the broader Artificial Intelligence program of Bank.

Roles & Responsibilities:

As a Process Change Expert, you will be required to understand automation requirements from business teams and work closely with operations to plan automation projects

- You will be responsible for supporting process review and assessing the qualification of an opportunity for RPA implementation

- Manage the assignment of specific responsibilities relating to project by coordinating with peers within the team for relevant roles

- Interact with operations, do requirement analysis, propose solution, estimation, listing down assumptions and risks

- Delivering the functional Design (Describe AS IS, TO BE Process, focus on Kinematics, Business rules, exception rules, etc.)

- Design the components for future state, get it reviewed and signed off by stake holders; taking all security and risk factors into consideration and ensuring that all items are reviewed by ORPC

- Review peer automations and evaluate the pros and cons utilizing best practices and industry standards

- Work closely with the Operations stakeholders in defining test cases, and facilitating the execution of UAT by Operations

- Facilitate agile methodology implementation in the delivery of the RPA solution

- Work as a team player and drive delivery of the RPA solution

Knowledge and skills required

- Strong knowledge on different stages of SDLC

- Experience in process analysis, functional design, value assessment and project planning

- Experience on Scrum, Agile & Waterfall methodologies

- Knowledge of change management tools (agile, JIRA, Visio, Camstudio, process mapping tools)

- Project management experience: planning, scheduling, project communication, issue resolution, change management, and risk management

- Hands on experience in requirement gathering, analysing, and facilitating test cases preparation

- Experience in process analysis, functional design, value assessment and project planning

- Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines

- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools

- Excellent oral and verbal communication

- Excellent communication & PM skills are required, including influencing in a virtual environment during global tele-conferences

Job requirements :

Educational qualification: Post Graduation with excellent experience in Project management

Total years of experience : 6 to 10 years

Relevant years of experience : 2 years of experience on RPA deployment
