Project Manager - Roads

Execution of the Project as per specified target and ensure the execution of Project adhering to the Quality specifications, Time Line, Budgets, and complying to world class HSSE (Health, Safety, Security and Environment) norms.

- Liaison and relationship management with Clients, IE, EPC, PMC, Design consultant and Government agencies.

- Handle all the necessary submissions to the Client, Statutory Authorities for Clearances, Permits etc. and ensure subsequent coordination for approval of Designs & Drawings, Land-Acquisition, Forest cutting, Utility Shifting etc.

- Formulate MIS, Reporting and Record keeping system for the Site and provide the desired Status to the RO office.

- Understanding of civil, architectural, electrical, instrumentation, tolling systems and related technical aspects involved in Projects.

- Certifications for Measurement of Works, Quantities, Performance Tests, Monthly Bills & Payments.

- Review and evaluate Contracts and undertake Client and Vendor negotiations and finalization related to technical and contractual matters.

- Preparation of BOQ for change of scope work

- Maintain highest Ethical standards and practices.

- Coordinating in overall administrations and project execution plans with project team & others.
