- Should have worked on Digital transformation projects - preferable retail & wealth management value chain.

- Should have experience of working on Agile methodologies using SCRUM framework.

- Expertise in creating Epics, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Product/Process Backlog

- Knowledge of APIs - System and Process APIs

- Expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Projects, Minitab, Visio, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.

- Experience of working in E2E SDLC (Pre-discovery, Discovery, Business case, Process Artefacts, UX/wireframe, Process Assessment, As Is and To Be design, UAT stakeholder management, User Manual/Training documents)

- Business Process Improvement (BPI), Process Excellence (Sig Sigma certification is plus but not mandatory)

- Mandatory banking experience Retail & Wealth Management.

- Should have carried out digital transformation projects (e.g. effort reduction, improved turnaround time, reduced errors, etc.)

- Should have experience in Digital technologies (e.g. RPA, AI/ML, APIs, Micro services)

- Should have experience in identifying root causes and define problem statements

- Should have worked on cost take out transformation projects

- Should have experience of managing/presenting senior stakeholders
