Project Manager - Retail/Real Estate/Hospitality

- Responsible for projects hand over on-time, achieve project quality standards score and complete project within approved budget.

- Update and document the project progress and timelines of each milestone in Project Management Tool (CPM). Ensure weekly review of project pipeline and ensure proactive communication to concerned stakeholders.

- Ensure timely mobilization of all internal and external resources as per approved project schedule.

- Contribute along with procurement team in selecting the contractor with highest techno-commercial score and timely award of works.

- Coordinate with internal resources like procurement, design and site execution team and external resources like civil &interior, electrical, Plumbing, Low voltage contractor and ensure for the flawless execution of projects, trouble shoot technical issues and strict adherence to project timelines.

- Measuring weekly site execution performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques and update it in project baselines schedule.

- Ensure process compliance to International Project Growth Policy by following approved process and workflow given by global PMO.

- Develop a detailed general project execution plan with guidance of Head projects-MSP to track progress including procurement tracker, developer sow tracker and monitor the same.

- Coordinate and follow up with procurement as well as suppliers for bought out items and ensure timely delivery on time.

- Checking and controlling quality of execution at each stage, to ensure that final project delivery is as achieving the committed quality score.

- Periodic site visits with an objective to resolve site execution issues related to developer dependencies, design issues, site conditions and ensure work clearance is been given to each contractor and execution is aligned to committed project schedule and timelines.

- Responsible to document all project changes and ensure timely CAR are been approved by all stakeholders.

- Conduct Surprise safety audits on site under fit outs and publish a safety score.

- Conduct a positive attitude towards work and with team, also continually explore areas of improvement.

- Coordination and site management, resource management, Knowledge of specifications, materials.

- Performance the Schedules, Cost analysis, Contacts interpretation.
