Role - Research & Insights - Project Manager

Basic Qualifications - Worked in Market Research or Research function for at least 3 years, with a mathematical/statistical educational background

Required Experience - 5-15 years of experience

Salary - As per market standards

Note - Ideal candidate would have 5+ years of experience, with at least 3yrs + in market research, Target organizations would be - IMRB, AC Nielsen, Ipsos, Hansa, GFK, TNS etc.

Required Competencies :

Must have :

- Experience in quantitative & qualitative research and be able to manage an end-end project including report writing.

- Strong analytical & statistical skills

- Proficiency in mining compelling insights and storytelling

Good to have:

- Experience in managing large data and in data automation

- Independently managing function and working with cross functional teams

- Skilled at innovation & solutioning

- Repertoire of content, article, blog, or any writing material

Role and Responsibilities

- Responsible for independently releasing reports, case studies and working on new products to enhance business impact.

- Data Analytics: Building analytical insights, textual data processing, data visualization & new format for content dissemination.

- Understand survey data (structures & platforms): Ideate, manage & release all research linked projects, like quantitative surveys, qualitative groups, in-depths etc.

- Innovation: Work on New products, including statistical modelling, hypothesis testing and launching product.

- Work across multiple business heads and be able to deliver insight driven solutions from data.

- Publish articles, blogs, white papers externally
