Project Manager/ Research Analyst

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Development of project management plan together with the Senior Management team

- Work as project manager for a global team with members in India, USA, and Germany

- Manage multiple projects in parallel, with different teams, requirements, and timelines

- Implementation/Application of project management best-practices

- Definition of project scope, timeline and required resources to realize research projects like the Global Startup Ecosystem Report and other consulting and research projects

- Attend (in person and online) work sessions and meetings to define and capture milestones, tasks, and next steps

- Distribution of tasks, responsibilities and continuous monitoring to ensure organizational foals are achieved within a set timeframe

- Identification of risks and status reports with the Senior Management team

REQUIREMENTS :

- 5 years of distinguished Project Management experience in the startup or corporate space

- 10 years of experience is a plus

- Knowledge of project management tool (Asana or similar)

- Knowledge of how to communicate and drive action with visual project management tools (e.g., Gantt charts)

- Very good oral and written communication skills (English)

- Research and academic excellence is a plus

- A desire to pursue a long-term career in our organization

- Understanding of the startup or innovation space (work experience preferred)
