Job Description:

Program Manager (project) - R&D - Auto OEM

Job Purpose / Role / Responsibilities :

- Prepares, maintains, monitors and communicate detailed project master schedules using MS-Project, Schedule Manager (Teamcenter).

- Owns the process to target agreement (quality, cost, time)

- Implements Sub Schedules into Master Schedule and monitors progress.

- Sets up and conducts Project Meetings (agenda, minutes, follow ups and review management)

- Provides transparency of progress in project meetings, monthly forecast and status report updates (quality, cost, time).

- Prepares and updates project team engagement chart

- Reports to Program Management and regarding the project to resp. Project Lead (resp. HOM)

Qualifications :

- B.Tech or M.Tech from renowned institute

- Project management/Management courses

- Add. Qualifications, languages etc

- Min. 7 Yrs in relevant work

Desired Education Background :

- Experience in Automotive Industry in similar role

Desired Technical / Functional Competencies :

- Analytical and problem solving skills

- Good communication skills (written and verbal)

- Design experience of 3 to 5 years in automotive industry

Desired Behavioral Competencies :

- Motivated

- Strong sense of achievement and ownership

- Planning, organization and a strong follow up capability

- Good knowledge of software like MS-Project, MS-Office,

Team center schedule Manager, including resource and management loading
